Dec 3 Blackshirt Invite
In the first ever competition for the Park Girls Wrestling program, Park came away successful. Park sent 2 wrestlers, and came away with 2 champions at the Waukesha South Blackshirt Invite. Wrestling at 126 lbs, Aleah Sanchez went 2-0 on the day while notching 2 pins, both in the first period. At 132 lbs, Austyn Shoening-returning from a torn ACL that ended her season prematurely last year-quickly dispatched all 3 of her opponents by fall in under a minute, the fastest being :17.

Dec 3 Nicolet Knight Scramble
The young Panthers traveled light to the Nicolet Knight Scramble, only taking 4 wrestlers. Leading the way for the Park/Horlick team was Gavin Leo at 182 lbs. Leo placed 4th at his weight winning his first match by major decision 15-4 and winning his final bout of the day to go 2-3 on the day. Gregory Tirado placed 6th and Jack Vickk-Baker placed 8th. The Park/Horlick team finished in 11th place as a team.
Dec 10 Dan Gaynor Invite
Aleah Sanchez and Austyn Shoening both finished in 2nd place at the Dan Gaynor Invite held at West Allis Central High School. Sanchez lost her first match of the day before bouncing back with a quick :17 fall over Josie Pece of Mukwonago and then dominated Leola Filter of West Allis Central 16-6 to close out the day. Aleah improved to 6-1 on the season. Shoening went 1-1 on the day with another 1st period fall, her 4th of the season. Austyn is now 4-1 on the year.
